introduction this
complete set of machinery and equipment is based on the rich experiences of the
chinese cane sugar industry over 40 years and the recent successful improvements
in the technology and equipment in guangdong province. a few foreign modern
machines are also adopted. therefore, the whole project attains to an advanced
level. by this system, superior plantation white sugar can be produced with a
high sugar recovery. mechanized and continuous production as well as safe and
reliable running can be achieved, along with high efficiency and low consumption
of steam and electricity. this set includes a power station, using bagasse as fuel, providing
sufficient steam and power for the production. automatic
control and measuring instruments are provided for main processing stages and
the power station. this plant has considerable potential. with the addition of some machinery, its capacity can reach 8000 tcd or more. production scale, process and product scale

(1) evaporators connected in one series of nine bodies, in which the
first and the second effect each consisting of two bodies, the remaining three
effects each one body, the other two bodies for stand-by or cleaning in turn.
(2) three tandems each consisting of five evaporators, of which one
tandem for stand-by or cleaning in turn, being easier for managing. (less spare
equipment is required if the factory shuts
down during every weekend.)
